By participating in the community's decision-making process, you can have a say in matters such as infrastructure development, local events, and zoning regulations, ensuring that your voice is heard and contributing to the betterment of your neighborhood.
Neighborhood Discounts
Gain access to exclusive discounts and special offers from local neighborhood businesses. These discounts provide a valuable opportunity to support and engage with the local economy, fostering a sense of community while enjoying cost savings on products and services offered by nearby establishments. Past examples include free Levitt Pavilion concert tickets, and free yoga classes!
Make Connections
Build meaningful connections with your neighbors. Through neighborhood events, meetings, and social gatherings facilitated by Ruby Hill Neighbors, you can engage with fellow residents, share experiences, exchange ideas, and foster a sense of camaraderie, ultimately strengthening the bonds within your community and creating a vibrant and supportive network of neighbors.
Membership options

Any person 18+ who rents or owns property within the neighborhood boundary. Dues are $10 per year. Regular members have on vote per person.

Any person 65+ who rents or owns property within the neighborhood boundary. Dues are $10 per household. All seniors living at one address shall pay one annual household dues; each senior is entitled to one vote.

Any club, church, business, educational institution, or other organization within the neighborhood boundary. Dues are $50 per year. Organizational members receive one vote per organization.

Any person or organization wishing to support the activities of Ruby Hill Neighbors, but does not live in or own property in the geographic area of Ruby Hill Neighbors. Associate members shall pay annual membership dues and receive the Ruby Hill Neighbors official communication. Associate members are not eligible to vote.

Annual membership fees help us fund community events and projects, provide resources, and conduct outreach and promotion. We accept payments via Paypal, Venmo, or Cash. Please note that funds will never prohibit participation. Volunteer service may also be substituted for membership fees.
