Schools

In addition to the regular DPS offerings our neighborhood has 2 existing charter school offering and 2 more charter school offerings scheduled to open in the future.  Students in Ruby Hill are in the area designated for preferred enrollment to the charter schools.   And also you can choose your school in DPS (learn more at http://schoolchoice.dpsk12.org/).

  1. West Denver Prep has an existing middle school at 1825 S Federal Blvd 80219 and is scheduled to open a high school at the old Lutheran High School at 3201 W Arizona Ave 80219 in 2012.
  2. KIPP Denver has an existing high school at 451 S Tejon St 80223.
  3. Denver School of Science and Technology  is scheduled to open a middle school at 3001 S Federal Blvd 80211  in 2012 and just aquired the old Byers Campus at 150 S Pearl St 80209 for future development.
